🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Company-এর visa, air ticketing, tour package, hotel booking, Hajj & Umrah এবং work permit services-এর marketing করা

• New client, corporate client, agency partner এবং business lead generate করা

• Phone call, WhatsApp, email, social media এবং field visit-এর মাধ্যমে potential client-এর সাথে communication করা

• Client requirement বুঝে suitable travel service সম্পর্কে professional guideline দেওয়া

• Corporate office, business organization, educational institution এবং potential client group-এর সাথে relationship build করা

• Daily sales lead, client follow-up, meeting update এবং marketing report maintain করা

• Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile এবং other digital platforms-এর জন্য marketing support দেওয়া

• Social media post, campaign idea, promotional content এবং offer communication-এ team-কে support করা

• Visa team, air ticketing team, tour package team এবং customer service team-এর সাথে coordination করা

🎓 Required Qualifications

• ন্যূনতম HSC / Bachelor’s degree সম্পন্ন

• Sales, Marketing, Business Development অথবা Customer Service সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে

• Travel agency, visa consultancy, air ticketing, tourism অথবা service-based business marketing সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

• বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো communication skill থাকতে হবে

• Client handling, lead generation এবং sales follow-up করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে

• Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile এবং basic digital marketing সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো

• Computer, email, MS Word, MS Excel এবং internet browsing-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে

• Field visit, corporate meeting এবং client presentation করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে

• স্মার্ট, দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ, ভদ্র, confident এবং target-oriented হতে হবে

🧾 Experience

• Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Customer Service sector-এ ন্যূনতম ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে

• Travel agency, visa processing office, air ticketing office, tourism company অথবা consultancy firm-এ marketing experience থাকলে বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার

• Corporate client handling, lead generation, field marketing এবং sales follow-up experience থাকলে বাড়তি সুবিধা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে

• Digital marketing, social media marketing, content promotion অথবা paid ad campaign সম্পর্কে practical knowledge থাকলে ভালো
